About Us

Yes, we have just started but started strong! Our dedication is simple “serving your daily necessity with right product”. We do not have many big dreams only to be besides you when it is needed most.

We care for the need of yours; knowing that many of us want to get back to our glorious village, taste the original products coming from the field. We still savor the flavor and taste of “local chicken” or we are sometimes desperate to taste the newly harvested tomato before anyone. Probably this is one of the places where you can find most of them, or you can tell us what you need, we try the level best to bring it for you.

We have started building the producers’ base maintaining partnership with producer base organizations across Bangladesh, trying to establish a simple supply chain management that can bring the rural product at your doorsteps without much time elapsed in the supply chain.

Return Policy

Return Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with the items you order from our website or by phone, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, below is all the information you’ll need to know.

Before you take the delivery, make sure you have done the following check

  • Match your ordered items with the Invoice as per size, quantity and other attributes
  • Quick review the quality of the products (like expiry, usage direction, etc)
  • Physical damage or bad appearance.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the relevant cancellation period. See below for more information:

Product Cancellation period
Perishable items (e.g. food, drink, fresh flowers, etc.) At delivery or collection only
Everything else At delivery or collection only or take them to our store personally

All you need to do is hand over the item(s) you have changed your mind about to the delivery person. No charge or penalty is applicable for such case.

Is item faulty or of poor quality?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help.

You can hand any faulty or poor quality goods back to the driver at the time of delivery

When you return goods to store

When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories. You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but would not extend to your opening and/or using it). If you damage items whilst they are in your possession, there may be a deduction from your refund.

Receiving your refund

If you’ve handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver, the returned item value will be deducted from the invoice value. If you return it to a store, you can choose either a refund or an exchange.

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

Your statutory rights

Don’t worry, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut off point specified in your order confirmation. You can make changes to your order by going to ‘My Account’ and clicking on ‘My Cart’ orders, cancel this order.
