What are the conditions for returning the products?
- If the product delivered does not match with the product ordered (specifications, color, size, weight and any given specifications described in our website and our facebook page)
- If the product has failed in expiry date
- If the product is broken, non-functional at the time of receiving
if the above conditions are met and you decided not receive a product, you can return the product to the delivery person or refuse to accept the product.
When you are not entitled to return the products?
- No returns allowed due to “change of mind”
- No returns allowed if the product security seal is broken
- No returns allowed if the products are consumed entirely/ or partially
- No returns are allowed after 5 days of receiving the product. In case of perishables (vegetables, fish, meat and any other category falls under), maximum acceptable duration is 2 days after receiving the products.
How can I return my product
- You can return immediately at the time of delivery
- If you find the product faulty after the time of delivery, inspect the product thoroughly and complain to our customer service.

- State the Invoice Number (you need to store the invoice receipt)
- State the reasons for Returning
- Request for pick up the products for returning
- Our quality inspection/ compliance team will visit and inspect the product at it states and verify that it matches the return criteria
- Once the compliance team satisfies with the complaints it will initiate a return voucher and send a pick up team for take return
- Return the product to the person who come to pick up product
- Request for a return receipt from the persons
What are my options in returning product
- Entitled to receive the same product in exchange of return product (In this case, you do not have to pay the delivery charge for the return product)
- Entitled to receive other products with the same amount of invoice value (No delivery charges will be applied)
- Entitled to receive cash back (cash back might take maximum 10 days time and might incur service charges i.e. Bkash charge, Bank Charge)
